Bose Factory Store

I was visiting Omaha and stopped in to look at headphones for my trip home. The staff was courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. I picked up a great pair of headphones that literally made the difference on my plane ride home. Very impressed with the service and product!

I went to the Bose store in the outlet mall about two weeks ago and had a wonderful experience with Connor. He answered any and all questions I had and helped me find a product that suited my needs perfectly. 10/10 will return for headphones in the near future.

Went up to the Bose store in the outlet mall and was very impressed they answered all my questions and pointed me in the right direction to find exactly what I needed for my home. Good job Bose guys!

We Told the sales guy we weren't going to buy anything (each for our own reason) but we were checking out the items anyways and one of the sales guys kept trying his hardest to sell to us. After a few excuses like "we aren't going to be buying anything anyway" and "my phone doesn't support this hearphone" he exclaimed "well I can see you guys are just trying to find every excuse not to buy anything" and he storms off. Unprofessional and not what we expected at all.

Short, fast talker, ugly man who was very forceful and very persistent for us to buy. Did you hire him from middle earth? Because he looked like a troll...or hobbit...my tolkien is rusty.
