I've always loved Bose and after my experience with Jon today, I love them even more. I had lost the charger for my sports free headphones and Jon went above and beyond to find me a replacement and he did it at no charge! Super friendly and helpful as well! Thank you so much Jon!

A nice, uncluttered store with a great selection of products. It was very easy to spend a whole bunch of money here. Also, the Oregon 5 cent bag fee is a great deal for a sturdy reusable bag!

Helpful and knowledgeable staff. Bose products speak for themselves but the staff here know how they work and have no problem explaining it for you.

Very quick service, they cleaned the ear pieces for me on a demo unit I looked at while I waited and not only did they have the replacement ear pads in stock in the back, but they even installed them for free.
