Six years ago Dr. Kaufman saved my eye! He opened his office at night to see me even though I was not yet a patient. Then he had me come back first thing the next morning to check on my eye. Unfortunately my eye needed surgery and he operated that afternoon. A few years later Dr. Kaufman operated on my cataracts and for the first time in 65 years I don’t need to wear glasses! Dr. Kaufman is not only a skilled and brilliant practitioner but he is attentive and caring and available. His office staff are so kind and go out of their way to make patients feel comfortable. I cannot recommend Dr. Kaufman and his office more highly.

I highly recommend having an eye procedure done with Dr. Schwartz at Boston Eye Physicians. He and his assistant Arianna are great. I had to have cross-linking surgery a couple months ago, and throughout the entire experience they were both very patient with me. Post- procedure Dr. Schwartz was very informative and knowledgeable and my eye has healed well.

I had cataract surgery performed by Boston Eye Physicians. I was treated fantastically by the doctors and staff. The procedure for LAL is a 3 month long procedure and it critically important to trust the doctors and medical staff. In this regard, I highly recommend these guys and cataract surgery in general. I wish I had the procedure a year earlier.

I had a great experience with Dr. Daniel Schwartz for my chalazion surgery. He was calm and self-assured throughout the procedure and was diligent in his advice for post-op and in answering all my questions. My eye has recovered very well since then!

I had been a long time patient of Dr Frioli, but when it came time for cataract surgery I was recommended to Dr Schwartz. I had cataract surgey on both eyes and the results were fantastic. Every visit to BEPS is most rewarding: wonderful staff, especially being warmly greeted by Susan, and pleasant conversations with everyone: staff, interns, medical assistants, and of course Dr. Kaufman. Examinations are thoroughly performed, superb professionalism, and very helpful in treating my eye problems, glaucoma and cataracts. My cataract surgeries, two of them, went smoothly and expertly accomplished, again with the presence of calming conversation with each member of the surgery staff and medical team. Dr. Kaufman is responsible for creating a very impressive ophthalmological practice, always an experience for me to appreciate the excellence and personal attention provided to me. One word for the experience: excellence! Also helpful are the many brochures provided to explain eye diseases such as glaucoma, cataracts, and a brochure describing the procedures in laser eye surgery.
