Boston Eyeworks is the best!!! Was recommended by my niece who took her son. Dr. Nguyen is terrific and the staff is very knowledgeable. Been a patient for a few years now and I would not go anywhere else. Glad they are local and in my neighborhood. The staff are excellent at helping with glasses fitting and knowing what best fits your face and eye shape

These folks helped me with emergency eyeglass repair today on a Saturday before a wedding. You know when you REALLY need HELP with something and have no other options and you're just hoping somebody can come through for you... Well they did! Many thanks. Also the showroom is super chic and elegant.

I love the fact that they are open on Saturdays and some Sundays. The staff is friendly and I loved the doctor that did my eye exam. The wait to be seen was not long at all. I have one big issue... They are extremely overpriced. I doctor that examined me loved the designer frames that had my old RX and she suggested that I had my new RX put into those frames. At check out I relayed this to the receptionist and she told me for the lenses alone, which would include the transitions Currently have would be over 500 dollars! That included my insurance. 500 for lenses!? There's no way, I have my RX I'll just buy new glasses online with transition lenses. Thanks but no thanks guys.

I've had nothing but great customer service from Boston Eyeworks, and have been a customer for many years. I'm always satisfied with the glasses I get when I go to them.

I went to Boston eye works to put in an order for new prescription glasses in January and they said it would take 6 weeks. I called in today March 20th to see what’s going on and it turns out they didn’t even put my order in, even though they have records of me requesting it! They are unprofessional and unreliable I am going to probably switch out of there soon. I am visually impaired and the fact that I had to wait months just to find out they didn’t even put my ORDER in is unacceptable! Terrible business practices on their part.

Made the trip down here today from NH and it was worth it. I have a very hard time finding frames that fit well, but the team here had a great selection and was very helpful in finding me what I needed. They did so fantastic I ended up with 2 pairs! Best part is that they were able to fit the lenses and have my frames ready for me same day!! I will definitely be recommending this shop to others and coming back here for my next pair.

I can't begin to say enough about how wonderful the staff is. They were extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They went out of the way to ensure we got the best service. They couldn't do enough for myself and my daughter. When I read the negative reviews posted on here, I honestly feel like we were at two totally different places. Each and every staff member was professional, helpful and friendly!

We came here near closing time to get our 6 year old son's eyes checked because he said that he had difficulty reading something a few feet away. Dr. Nguyen and her staff were so courteous and professional as they gave us an appointment right away. We were greeted and immediately felt like we were in good hands. The staff was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what would look good and fit well based on our face shapes. We ended up getting sunglasses for my husband, glasses for our son, and sunglasses for myself. I would highly recommend Dr. Nguyen and her staff.

I've been going to Boston Eye Work for years and have recommended many family & friends. Dr. Nguyen is beyond amazing & makes the whole process easy and comfortable. All of the staff are friendly & very knowledgeable. I highly recommend them!

They are the best customer service experience and I try value my doctor here she took care of all my eye care concerns and needs my eyes feel so much better and I appreciate the advice she gave me. I will refer my family and friends here I am thankful how the Boston Eyeworks staff took care of my concerns right away thank you and I hope everyone will continue to enjoy their care here. This is my permanate eye health home. I hsd problems with my insyrancw and they took they feustraruon ofd my ahoulders i have not received service as professional as this. The receptionist is very lovely always smiling and humble. Great service!
