All of the staff is extremely nice and helpful -- from the receptionist to the primary care doctors and the behavioral medicine doctors.
Horrible horrible staff and they don’t care at all about the students what so ever. Very unprofessional and unhelpful especially as students are often by themselves and unable to do anything.
I know they are getting bad reviews but I just wanted to say I just got off the phone with the receptionist and she spent a lot of time helping me to help my son. She gave me numerous options and explained the procedure at her office and also recommended other options. I appreciated it. She was kind and helpful.
They were very nice, quick, and effective. It was a good experience as a student
Truly subpar experience. They just don't seem like they care. Also makes you wait for 3+ weeks to get certain appointments that some students might really need.
