Make sure to check the patient site- I caved and set up an account recently and found that tests I had requested 2 years ago had never been done, I had just gotten a letter in the mail saying everything was ok at that time. So last week, I made another appointment, said hey these tests I wanted 2 years ago were never done and I'd like them done now. My doctor said she wouldn't test everything, just a couple things she thought would be best. I tried to push back to get all the tests, but she insisted. One of the levels is out of whack, maybe it has been for 2 years, and when you look up the associated condition, it has a series of tests to perform, including some of which that I had asked for 2 years ago and was denied of twice now. When I mentioned this to my PCP she said its not in her expertise. So instead of referring me right away to someone who does know anything about it, she pretending she could do it herself... Be your own advocate, these people don't care.

Excellent patient care and the best in profession Medical Doctors and nurses. All make an effort to care for me when I have a medical issue and have the best possible medical background and training. It is worth the effort I make to come to them from a considerable distance.

Absolutely horrible diagnosed my parent wrong for four months . When I went through my parent record on patient site found out one test was positive three months ago!!! And they told her it was negative and never treated her I’m beyond upset and they need to be held accountable!

Attentive to your medical needs, flexible scheduling, urgent care,. Patient for 30 + years. Highly recommend for primary care. Teaching and learning facility for the enthused.

I have never had any difficulties with Healthcare Associates. Every doctor and staff member has gone out of the way to do everything to accommodate my needs with professionalism and courtesy. When it has been needed they have referred me to the specialist for that condition. Everyone has always been prompt to respond to any of my queries. Thank you Healthcare Associates!

Extremely disorganized and unprofessional. I understand that everyone has an "off day" and mistakes happen, but at every touchpoint there has been a mistake - from my records being lost to my doctor prescribing me medicine that I shouldn't be taking. I would highly recommended finding a different office if you are looking for a primary care doctor.

I went to have lab tests drawn that I need to have done every year for work. I found out that the phlebotomist failed to draw one of the tests that was ordered because the results never showed up in my record, Now I have to go back AGAIN to have it drawn. Very frustrating and not something that you want to do in these times of COVID-19. I went back to get tested....the lab drew the wrong tube. No one notified me to come back to be redrawn. Still no results

Forced to go to unwanted appointments because they hold prescriptions hostage otherwise. Spend a few hundred to go to a doctor's appointment to get a $0 prescription.

The most unprofessional and disorganized facility. Unhelpful, disrespectful rude employees.

Horrible customer service, been hung up on 3 different , these folks are horrible. No empathy, they make requests feel like a burden and don't want to be bothered
