These folks have been in business in this same spot for 30 years. That was enough for me to know I would be buying my first pair of Cowboy boots here! They were friendly, understood my needs and made the best suggestions! They have a large array of products too. You can’t go wrong here!

Needed a cowboy hat, after Google search I was directed to Botas Juarez Western store and I wasn't disappointed. They have a large stock of Cowboy wear. Jeans, hats, belts, boots and accessories. The customer service was excellent and the price comparable to the industry. There's a bit of construction going on but maneuver your way through if you're looking for that special outfit.

I bought some great boots there and the people were super helpful. I will probably go back.

Been in there a couple times now, always very friendly to me. Latest trip was to get a hat and they kept trying until we found one that felt right. and let me tell you, we tried a lot. First trip was to get info on oilskin duster and their advice was honest. Highly recommend them and I like to support local businesses as well.

A surprising quantity of quality western hats and wear. The staff is friendly and truly understands the products they sell. I’ve lived in the South Mountain area now for 11 years in Phoenix +40 and I never realized this wonderful store was right down the street. You can bet I will be visiting them again…soon!

Botas Juarez is a clean and well-stocked store! The staff is very friendly and has a great team-oriented attitude. The employees are knowledgeable about their inventory and customer service. Beautiful collection of high quality, pure leather boots for men and women. The impressive variety of boots are all made in Mexico. We were truly impressed, especially with the friendly and knowledgeable help from the owner and her assistent. Highly recommended!

I bought a bunch of boot fit pants at walmart and they ripped within a month . I came here and they were super helpful finding the right fit and you can instantly tell the difference in quality of pants . I ended up getting a belt to because the selection was beautiful. Definitely coming back for a hat and even just to shop!!!
