The staff was very helpful, it was my first time there and no idea what kind of hair to buy, they really helped me a lot.

I was very pleased with my experience. It was my first time having to buy wigs and I thoroughly appreciate the sales associates patience with me and not making me feel stupid because I had no idea what I was doing! Prices were great and quality as well. Im definitely going back!!

Wasn't stocked up on the hair I was looking for-neither was the other Grand Mart. But I did like the owner/mgr standing outside having a smoke. He greeted us with an out-winning smile as we walked by. Being in the hospitality business myself, you can never underestimate friendly customer service!

I love Grand Mart. Moved from 7th ave to 19 ave and Baseline. I like the service. Its nice to see employees that are black working in the store. I also like the fact the Hispanic in the store maybe able to answer my question. Just depends on who you ask. Get you a fit there to. One stop shop.

Huge selection hair products, helpful staff and even clothes too. The mannequin's are fairly cute too but they refuse to sell them smh

Not bad, they have a nice selection. Need shopping carts or baskets. Also can't tell a difference from the workers and customers.
