Always greeted when entering store. Employees are always so nice and helpful.

I walk into the store and it smells like straight up smoke and they were kind and all but it's kinda of pricey and they didnt have what I was looking for but they did have a lot of good brands and diffrent types of product which was nice.

Very knowledgeable. Not trying to push an unnecessary sale. Very helpful.

Nice employees but nothings ever in stock and it seems shelves are always empty.

I love Sally's. It is the best spot for all you beauty products

Terrible customer service, called to check up on a product & a Younger Hispanic lady hung up on me. I called back and the phone was off the hook. Smh.
