Smile Direct Club inside CVS

Roxy is amazing!!!! I can not stress it enough. She made me feel welcomed and supported the whole time. She helped me describe the corrections I wanted to see for the dentist and answered all my questions. She created a great atmosphere and I’m so thankful she helped me begin my journey to my dream smile!!

Cyndi was the most bubbly and happy person I think I have ever met. She made me feel extremely comfortable and I had a great experience. If you can, ask for her. The process was easy and everything was explained properly. Some notes for other consumers: Payment is spread out over 2 years to achieve the $80 a month figure. You can pay upfront and save some $300. This is significantly less than other services of this kind. One time payment is in the $18xx range and the payment options come out to 21xx range. I'll update if for some reason the process fail me but I don't expect it to. The teeth whitening it comes with is a huge plus.

For my visit I went in to get a reevaluation of my teeth and Cyndi was a pleasure to go through this process with. She was kind, empathic, helpful, and overall a person who best represents this company and their desire to help people get the smile they want. Definitely would recommend!

I needed to go in for a follow up before my treatment was done. Sydney and Elizabeth were extremely welcoming and friendly. I showed up 30 minutes early for my appointment but they were more than happy to get me started. I went today to get my scans done and Dee and Alexis where awesome. I was 15 minutes early and Alexis was already greeting me. She made me laugh and feel comfortable when she was taking the scans. She also explained everything she was doing. The office inside CVS was very clean and nicely decorated with all the”blurple” color accented in everything. They room was comfortable and you would never thought you where inside a drug store.

Cyndi was great! She told me all the valuable information and got me 10x more excited to see the progress in my new smile. She answered all my questions and even gave me additional feedback! i loved her!!!

I worked with Liz! The two in the room helping me were so kind. They were helpful and excited with me! They were also knowledgable, did everything to make me feel comfortable and very detail oriented. I highly recommend!

Wow! My daughter was seen today for the initial scan - the staff were very friendly, super sweet, knowledgable, and helpful. The appointment was relatively brief, painless, and thorough. Can't wait to see the results!
