Boundless Moving & Storage

I was skeptical but soon found this company is for real. They answered our fb message quickly on a Sunday. We scheduled and felt we were treated like a valued customer. So is this for real?? The guys showed up several minutes ahead and reviewed the job for packing strategy. They husseled the entire time. Let me tell you how happy my wife and I are. We bought lunch and they took a short one voluntarily. We had to move a 2800 square ft house of 18 years. Late that day, they were still willing to carry boxes up stairs and locations out of their way. We gave them a good tip and a couple of Wild pig hams to cook up. WE HIGHLY RECOMMED BOUNDLESS MOVING .. THEY TRULY ARE BOUNDLESS!

Boundless Moving & Storage is awesome! KW Cleveland’s Buyers and Sellers all comment on the great service and concern that is taken with each item packed, loaded and transported in their relocation. Boundless understands that items are more than random pieces of furniture. They are family heirlooms and memories that make a house a home.

Ten Stars. We are thrilled with how great our move went using Boundless Moving and Storage. They took excellent care of our belongings and packed all of them just like they were their own possessions. The packers and movers were professional and friendly, and if we asked them to do anything like move something heavy all around a room or back upstairs they did it with a smile. They did not nitpick by adding charges for a few extra things we asked for, they gladly adjusted the plan and helped me when I hadn't really finished packing what I said I would have ready before. They were respectful of our newly-painted walls and new floors. They even came back to our house a day after the move was complete because I thought our new bed support needed to be checked, and fixed a piece of it at their shop for us! They left us much more than satisfied, and they cost less than the other two reputable movers we received bids from. They also sent a few packers out a day before the move to help me pack a library of books, labeling the boxes by shelf order. Superb!

Boundless moved my professional office across town. My compliments to the crew who were punctual, professional, careful and personable to work with. They arrived on time and everyone had an assigned task in a very organized manner. Each item was wrapped carefully and handled as if it belonged to them to protect. They deserve every praise I can bestow on them from the inception of dealing with the review and estimate, the arrival of the crew, the delivery to the new address and never once did anyone slack in doing their job. The crew was friendly and worked diligently. If I ever have to move again, there is no question---Boundless is the "Go To" company I would retain. And by the way, their pricing is very reasonable and there was no damage whatsoever to any of the items moved, mainly because they treat your items with the care they would if they owned them. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.
