Excellent service! Each time we have used FOX movers we have been extremely satisfied and the crew each time was great!! They are very friendly and efficient. We appreciated the care they took in wrapping all our belongings and handled everything with care. We wouldn’t use any other movers! Thank you guys!!

I called every company in the area and nobody would help until I called Fox. Elizabeth was so sweet and kind to me and worked me in. She called to check in on me afterwards etc. On the move day Fox was great with communication. Billy and his crew called before and showed on time. They were all very kind and polite. The guys did a wonderful job in a very fast and efficient manner. They also made it lighthearted and even fun after I was stressed having to deal with this move. I would definitely recommend them and will not use anyone but Elizabeth and Billy again!

I recently moved from Knoxville to Charlotte. Like anyone should I got several estimates from the local moving companies. Being that it was an out of town move, each company needed to come to my home to do an estimate and actually look at what I had. Sonny from Fox came out, was very professional, he went through the home explained the process and told me would figure it up and email a price. Not only was Fox $1200 cheaper than the other 3 quotes, they were very flexible on my move date. I was in the middle of selling my home and was able to change the date. Their guys showed up on moving day and did a great job getting it done. Nothing was damaged and I would definitely use them again. Highly recommend!

I called around to various different moving companies and decided on Fox Moving and Storage. We couldn’t have been happier with the service. Everyone I dealt with during the process was very professional, flexible, and responsive. I began my experience with Donna who was very personable and accommodating with our uncertain schedule during our home purchase. Donna was thorough and answered all of our questions and resolved any concerns. Mickey, Tametrius, and PJ exceeded all expectations while being safe and performing the service in a timely manner. They were very personable and great to work with. I highly recommend Fox Moving and Storage based off of our experience with these 4 hard working individuals. I’ve moved with Fox twice now and I’ll never use anyone else! From the first phone call to the last unloaded item Fox really sets the standard for moving companies. Getting a quote is hassle free and the customer service is spectacular. Pricing is very fair and the staff takes great care of your items. My most recent move was even better than the last. The men who came out were Calvin, Melvin, and Shane. All three of them were so courteous, helpful, quick, and kind. I could thank them a thousand times and it wouldn’t be enough! If requesting movers is an option request these men!
