All My Sons Moving & Storage

I was and am extremely disappointed in this company. Their lack of professionalism and out right lack of competency is laughable. This company was hired to move a very small amount of furniture and relocate it to another home. They sent out a female and a “new employee” first day on the job. My furniture was located up stairs, I didn’t have much for them to move, but it was heavy, they were told this when I called to get a quote. Needless to say, the new guy dropped my dresser as he was coming down my stairs and it got stuck. This caused a nice size hole in my wall, a huge scratch on my dresser and also more damage closer to the ceiling where the dresser was stuck on the stairs. Needless to say, reinforcements were called to help move this piece of furniture, so all moving was stopped until that point. We waited close to three hours, multiple calls to the office also. The manager Bobby finally showed up with another guy he pulled from a job to help. I was told I’d be given a discount for the trouble. Long story short of the actual move, I wanted them out of my home as it had been hours and hours with a lot of stress. I was NOT given a discount, I did not make a claim for the damage for the dresser or the ceiling, as I just wanted to be done. I did however make a claim on the damage to my wall. I finally received the claim form in the mail after several calls and attempts to get it. The quote I got to have it repaired was over $1000. These people had the nerve to offer me $200 to fix it. I called Jennifer Garza, yesterday, the person who decided that my perfectly good wall before should only be less than half repaired? I have not gotten a call back from her. I called and spoke with Jessica(a different pleasant young lady) and left a message for Bobby, the manager on Kingston Pike to please return my call....No call back. Funny thing is, i was told by the movers that day that the guy that damaged my wall was new to the company and I was the first move. Bobby made certain to tell them do NOT tell me that he was new. Also, when I spoke to the Jessica located at the Kingston Pike location...she told me she remembered this situation and that that guy got fired that day. So, I say all of that to say this, I plan on letting everyone know about this and taking this as far as I need to. Never use this company. Use Two Men and a Truck, I have used them for several years with NO problems. I wanted to try a different company as it was a bit cheaper...yeah I know why. Horrible!!!

Perfect move. On time. Very professional. The team had a great atttitude. Very careful with items. Made it stress free. Good price. I will use them again next time.

The team showed up on time. They worked very hard and well together. They all had positive attitudes and went far beyond what we asked of them. We will recommend them in the future. #TEAM WONDER WOMAN

Very disappointing. Not professional. Everything was a struggle. 2 of the movers spent most of time either looking at their phone or answering phone. 1 person worked hard. One person waited in back of truck while other 2 people brought things down the stairs. They did not move everything as they did not have a big enough truck. My email specifically stated what need to be moved and included that there were stairs but the implication was either i did not give accurate information or it was not communicated to the movers. Needless to say I have hired different people to move the rest of my things. When furniture was moved into new house no care was taken- floors scratched and marks made in the walls. I would never pay by the hour again.. i have read other negative reviews and the response is always the same. The business requests the customer to contact them instead of being proactive and contacting the customer. They have my phone number and certainly know where i live. Most disappointing

Thank you to Troy, Jeremiah, Kentrell and Keilon! These young men did a great job with our move and were very professional and funny. They moved an entire truck full of indoor and outdoor furniture on a hot day and seemed to truly enjoy their jobs. Great job!
