U-Haul Moving & Storage of East Town

The door is broken and has been for months so you have to use the main doors hard to move in and out! Also had to deal with roaches! Had to put off bug bombs before I could move it out it's sad folks would try something else!

Came here just before closing for a last-minute trailer reservation. The parking lot was well-lit and the lobby was very clean. The owner was extremely polite and helpful. Had the trailer hooked up in a jiffy. I was in and out in about 25min. Because I showed up late, I was able to drop off the trailer at my convenience after closing. The whole experience was easy and hassle free. Would definitely come here again when I need to move something.

Do not rent from here. Their vehicles are borderline safe. All tires were bald on the truck. One tire blew and caused us to slide across the wet driveway and get stuck. They said we wouldn't be charged for it. Almost 2 months later a charge of 267 dollars is made on my card. They are a fraudulent facility and disrespectful. Under no circumstances give these people your card information. If you must rent from here go with the cash deposit of 100 dollars . They will steel your money.

Terrible experience. Rude unprofessional male clerk made it impossible to rent within the county. I had to call the corporate office to find out why I was being denied a truck rental because he was too tired to talk to me.

Great experience staff very friendly will highly recommend to anyone needing to rent a truck I rented a cargo van twice and both times they were top notch will do again if needed.
