U-Haul Moving & Storage at Clinton Hwy

I was in the area to buy a motorcycle and picked up a trailer from here. Anthony was great and got me fixed up with what I needed for a "one way" rental. After taking the trailer and looking at the motorcycle - finding out the seller lied about its condition and that it was actually a POS, I returned the trailer. I was hoping for a refund of the one way price and was looking to pay for just a local rental. Nope, Anthony fixed me up and said as the trailer wasn't used (I returned it within an hour), there would be no charge at all. If I'm ever in the area again I will absolutely use this dealer - and as a result of his great customer service I will look to U-Haul in any other city I may need a rental.

I'm so sorry for not grabbing the guy's name that we talked to but he was a great guy. Everything was quick and painless and we had a truck on the road in 5 mins. Then when we returned it there was no nonsense.

They don't answer their phone at this location. Just pass it all onto the coporate call center. Good luck getting accurate local information! Cost me an hour of wasted time!

Excellent prices and lots of different products in stock. Guy was super nice, not surly like the idiots down on Broadway. I will be going to this one from now on.

Great service and reasonable prices Only problem with this location is the parking is terrible, there's like 3 spots. If you rent a 26 foot truck and need to bring it back, it can be difficult if you are traveling West on 640 and take the Clinton Highway exit. You'll have to make a pretty difficult left turn that will more than likely cause you to have to back up to make the turn.
