This place is center point on Bourbon Street. It has great views for the street. The crowd here is amazing, especially in Mardi Grass Festival days. You can have Hand Grenade drink and roam around enjoying the Music, crowd and Lighting. Talk with random people, make friends and have a blast... Recommended for enjoying the life fully.

I called sales today to try and get price for a venue because my company wants to have a party. The lady who answered the phone was so rude that I had to search for another venue. I didn't even get a chance to experience the venue. Customer service is key in today's environment!!!!

Bourbon Vieux on Mardi Gras Day after the parades was perfect!!!! The balcony access to throw beads, the view of Bourbon street, being away or above the hoopla, the foodOMG the chef is totally amazing, the 3 open bars, the music, the Owners who are Jordanian graciously walk around and Thank You for coming, the people that attend. I made friends for life. Side note bring throws and beads it’s a true party at Bourbon Vieux. Dress up on Mardi Gras Day.. this was worth the money for Mardi Gras. Book on their website.

We paid for balcony access on Saturday night, 2/23/20. What a great experience! The food was much better than expected. It was an excellent selection and everything was flavorful and seasoned well. The quality of alcohol served was top shelf and much appreciated. The way they handled the rotations on the balcony was fair and fun! I had such a great time celebrating my bachelorette party here! Thanks to the entire wait staff, busers, chefs, managers, security and anyone else I may have missed for making last night an excellent experience! Your team works well together, are attentive to the guests and run an efficient operation. Great job! Thanks for everything!

I receptioned my marriage here a year ago, the venue and staff are top class all the way. Helpful, enthusiastic, eager, and are just as excited to celebrate with you as you are. The passed food rounds were phenomenal, the home made "bulk-sized" hurricane drink was category 5. I never want to remarry, but if I did I'd be here in a heartbeat!

Great ambience - enjoyed watching Bourbon street from the 2nd floor balcony - restrooms could be cleaner towards the end of an evening.

First time to New Orleans. Worst service I've had in a very long time. We had a large group that made reservations ahead of time. We waited over two hours before the food was served. About half of it was cold or barely warm. I am so hungry right now!!

A decent place to host your special event. Nice balcony. Near all the action on Bourbon Street. Food was good.
