Probably one of the best chicken sandwiches I’ve ever had. Better than chick fil a. A lot more flavor and the ranch is delicious as well. This is one of my favorite places to eat at optimist hall.

Did not enjoy the food here. Everything was soggy and soft. Not what I expected from a friend chicken sandwich and fries. Redeeming quality is the staff- they are always so sweet and welcoming. It’s not their fault about the food- it just sucks

I ordered the Plane Jane Sandwhich and it was amazing. By far one of the best chicken sandwiches i have had in a while. I will definitely be going back for more.

always love it here!!! Boxcar Bettys is better than chick fil a debate ya mama not me and any other chicken place out. the chicken is soo fresh and hot, not to mention the hand cut fries sla everytime. the staff is SO welcoming and the 2 black men behind the counter are very handsome as well! :D

I got the fried chicken box car style. Extremely good and I'm not even a pimiento person. Definitely check it out. Great customer service too. Will be back.

I love a good chicken sandwich and I found it! It’s better then Jesus Chicken too! Seriously if you want a great tasting chicken sandwich go to Optimist Hall in Charlotte and get you a “Plain Jane”. You’re Welcome!
