BOXCAR

The line to get in on a Friday night can be be a few min or more. The place gets filled up so sometimes your seats might be in a travel pathway. Overall, its a great place. Just wish it was not so busy at times. Santa Fe lacks in competition. Oh, after 8pm on Fridays, it turns into a music hall, and they start charging a cover charge. No guaranteed seating.

Billy the bartender was amazing! We only ordered a flight of beer and apps. Very good service! Awesome food! Definitely. Eat. At the. Bar. Billy is top notch!

Amazing food for the price, and the kitchen is open very late. Live music is always fun as well. Reggae nights every Thursday are a must

First time I have been there. Parking a little tight. It was packed. The greeter was absolutely wonderful, real positive, bubbly, welcoming. Found a table a at the front. Service was awesome, and it was busy. The waiter didn't forget me once. Very attentive. I ordered an appetizer (fish taco) took a little time, but it was worth waiting. Sang, and the reception was totally cheerful, a young gentlemen, kissed me on the cheek as I held the mic. Absolutely great energy. A woman came downstairs to acknowledge my singing, then an gentlemen came to my table to ask me to sing again. What a reception. Definitely will go there again.

Took my parents for lunch for our first time at the BOXCAR.....We LOVED IT! Great food, Great service, Great prices! Dad loved his Fish & Chips, Mom loved her Tempura Avocados & Salad....My honey & I shared the huge serving of BoxCar Mac n Cheese w/green chili & chicken! We would ALL recommend Boxcar to EVERYONE!
