Boys Town Pediatrics

How can this place claim same day appointments and convenient appointments? We are clients of Boystown (for now) and called at 9:50 am. The next appointment they have is 9pm??? My kids are in bed before that, he is 3. This is not convenient and they advertise feeling better before bedtime ... which isn’t accurate if your appointments are after bedtime. They either need to staff up or change their advertising.

I usually go to the location on 143 and Pacific but Tuesday and Wednesday I decided to go to this location. I have nothing but gratitude. Dr. Vikki Herrman was super nice and informative. Thank you!

I took my one and a half year old in and saw Dr Vikki Herrman. She was extremely rude to us and our son. She continued to glare at us the whole visit call him a wild child and continued to tell us he needed to have an inside voice. He is one and a half and nobody else was in the office..it was 9 PM. She barely touched my child and didn't take any time to even look at his leg which was bright red and had dots and was spreading fast.. now I guess I will wait and see what happens. I will NEVER go back to that dr. I have never had a more rude doctor.

The absolute best pediatric staff around I couldn’t do it with out them. Very caring and best care a family can get couldn’t ask for more!!! Love these people!!

The clinic as a whole is fine, but if I could give Dr. Hoartys nurse zero stars I would in a heartbeat. She is insensitive and flat out rude. What does that say for someone who is supposed to be helping sick people. Absolutely disgusted.
