We had an early appointment for dental surgery on 12/15/2016. We arrived early am as told to do by scheduling  (Ellen).  We arrived eRly on surgery day.  We went through the process  and then waited, wzited, and wzited.  Finzlly nurse informed us thst our early scheduled surgerytime was given to somon ed ekse witjout e en contacting us!  We were changed to TWO (2) hours later. All this witnout talking to me the day before.  They have no respect for patient  and theur family.  I am  disguised and hope We never have to come here again. NEVER

We have always had a good experience with Boys Town National Research Hospital. We have been in and out for different things in the past years and have always been made to feel comfortable and cared about.

I gave this one star because I had to. if you are going to go to an audiologist make sure you do not get assigned to Nate Williams, he is very disrespectful and has no bedside manor what so ever. He is there for a paycheck and could care less about your health.
