Their name is definitely not accurate and they shouldn't be allowed to claim what they do on their site, "Same Day Pediatrics offers scheduled same day sick visits for all Omaha children, Children do not always pick the most convenient times to need a doctor, but parents can rest assured that Boys Town Pediatrics is never far away. and We’ll have your child on his or her way to feeling better by bedtime."  
It is amazing we called at about 5pm and they said no appointments this evening .. yet they are open until 10pm?  Obviously it DOES matter if your kid gets sick at an inconvenient time ... unlike what they claim.
Any other business and this would be considered false advertising.
