Great experience. The service department here does a great job to make sure you are satisfied. We drive 45 minutes to Bradford Marine and they never disappoint.

Just watched a $60,000 pontoon boat deal fall apart over a $30 portapoty. The salesman Chuck Sims is unprofessional and very rude. I was about to be buying a Can Am 850 until I seen the argument between Chuck and this nice couple. I'll be taking my business elsewhere. Stay Away

A++++ customer service!! I had the most amazing experience here! I was traveling with a boat that had some significant safety issues and Bradford Marine & ATV went ABOVE AND BEYOND with the help they were able to give me in order for me to continue my journey. GO HERE!!! I 100% recommend.

I bought a boat from the Bradford in the bass pro shop, and I love my boat no real issues there, but my buying experience was a joke. The " no haggle no hassle guarantee" they say is their motto basically means it's our way or the highway... Salesman was not friendly at all, all he was worried about was making sure the check I gave him was good, and when I went to pick up my new boat the next day he showed his face one time and he had forgotten who I even was, i guess the checked cleared and I wasn't important anymore. When I asked if they complimentary filled the first tank if gas, I got laughed at. All in all a bad experience will never buy another thing from Bradford marine again.
