Had my bike worked on, they put taller bars on it for me. Customer Service was impressive. Called me the next day asking me if I was satisfied. Not enough of that kind of service in the world today! I'll definitely be going back!

They only care about making money. I was a fool to fall for it though. You live and learn. I’ll never buy another motorcycle from them again. I’ll take my business to Northwest Arkansas.

THEIR EMPLOYEES WORK OFF OF COMMISSION. They’ll tell you anything to sell you a motorcycle. Bunch of snakes. I actually had a sales person get super mad at me, because I told my friend not to buy a new motorcycle. I told him to get a used one. Super rude.

Staff here is very good, bikes sale themselves so customer service is what I look forward to seeing in a place and Rock City Harley Davidson shop has it.
