I needed help with my Electric bill.They were kind,understanding and helpfull.

They didn't help me or my family. First off they go by age what does age got to do with getting help. So then they say the program we qualify for has no funding smh so why does there site say they help people. Hmm, maybe they should change it to help some people. There are times I regret moving my family to this god forsaken state. At least in Stark county Ohio where I lived they actually helped all in need who qualified and, my home state of Indiana helped as well the resources were plentiful unlike Tennessee.
