Tn Department of Human Services

I do like it being in East Gate Mall, I took a friend the other day and it didn't take long at all..They could improve the intercom system, you have a hard time understanding what their saying..They waited until the end of the day to call my friend about their case on a Friday and she could of went and got the paper she needed in plenty of time if they wouldn't of waited till closing time to call her...We were there first thing that morning...as of Sunday she has no idea what or when her case will be resolved..

I turned everything in an still did not get my stamps,I called my caseworker that’s over my case I left voice mails she did not call back I had to keep calling till she finally picked up she said she haven’t even got to my case she have interviews back to back so now I got to put my bills on hold just so my family can eat and that’s BS ..

My caseworker is very sweet and happy to help! She loves her job!

Wasn't as crowded as most Department of Human Services I have been. They are very organized and structured on how they see people. They have a help desk with any information someone would need. Very clean and organized despite other locations I've been to. It was an overall pleasant experience.

It's sad they have all theses Windows an still have to sit an wait an no one is even in here all this to drop papers off I literally hate coming here if u ask me it's worse never no wer wet to park an they rude as hell in the front
