Brake Team

I purchased 4 tires here yesterday.. The phone conversation I had with them last week was great. The prices are solid -- having called around a few other places in town. On the other hand, I was informed that if I had my car there by 5pm, they'd have it done "tonight". I guess I expected that to be "by 6pm when we close".. instead, my car sat up on the lift and we sat in the waiting room until nearly 7pm. 2 hours to mount and balance 4 tires.. I could understand why they were working on other people's cars if they were also waiting nobody else was, but as soon as 6pm hit, you'd think we'd be the first thing to knock out of the garage. So, in summary: Thanks for the tires, but not so much for suffering a bonus hour of evening sitcoms.

Poor and unkind service. This shop is kind of joke. I will never go there again. I had problem turning on the engine after oil change from there for a while. I am highly suspicious whether they used low quality oil.
