Braum's Ice Cream & Burger Restaurant

Recently remodeled, now with a bigger grocery section. The food and ice cream are always great. If you have kids and need milk, this is the spot so much better than the trash at the regular grocery stores.

Best milk, lasts forever! But recently went in to get milk early with donuts for the family. Decided to get a large 1/2 price Coke and it didn't quite taste right. Asked if I could try the fountain behind the counter, she graciously allowed and said it might be out. Offered me to go ahead and take my milk out to the car and she will bring out my Coke when it's changed. Glad to see customer see is not a lost art. 5 stars.

It's Braums what more do you need to say. Best milk ever. Meat and dairy is as close to pure as I've found without going full organic.

Food and ice creams are wonderful. Service at this location is seriously lacking though. Yes I know it's fast food, but I don't believe that means service has to be poor. No greeting, more of a "what" grunt or look. No "thank you"s. Counters and floors typically dirty. Foods are five star. Service is zero for me.

Fast and friendly service. The only reason it's not a 5* review is because I asked for crackers with my bowl of chili. He told me that he put them in the bag.... they were not.
