Break Free Hip Hop School...Now this is the way to get the youths of the nation...This place does it right! The staff is top notch instructors and they go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. They know what they're doing, folks. Amazing atmosphere! They have a Hip hop break dance school, a DJ school, an art class, and starting soon a multi media class for anyone wanting to learn how to produce, mix or be a YouTuber...like I said all the staff members are super nice and welcoming. I highly recommend Break Free Hip Hop School! You will not be disappointed!

My oldest just finished his first week of camp at Break Free and I could not be more impressed with this program. Jeremy was so helpful getting us registered and sending us all the info we needed. The space is pristine and well-equipped, and the instructors are incredible. My son can’t wait for the next week of camp and is already begging to attend weekly classes this fall. Thanks to Break Free for exposing kids to hip hop culture in such a positive and engaging environment!

Break free houston is a great school. The teachers are always so positive, welcoming, and patient. My son loves coming here and he definitely has gained more confidence through out the months he has attended. My husband and I are extremely happy with everything overall.

My son started attending Break Free a year ago and it has been one of the most enjoyable and rewarding experiences he has had so far. From the very first time that we stepped into Break Free, Jeremy and the entire staff have not only made us feel welcome, but as part of their family. The school itself is one of the most professionally run organizations I have ever seen- through their outstanding communication and sincere desire to provide the best quality and experience for both the students and their families. My son had taken a hip-hop class at a dance studio prior to joining Break Free, which was entirely made up of choreographed dancing with little room for creative expression, and was the only boy in the group nothing wrong with, but for us we were personally were looking for a more diverse student body!. We started looking for hip-hop offerings and was initially drawn to Break Free’s website, which was refreshingly unlike any other school we had ever seen! We live an hour away from Break Free, which initially was a concern, but nonetheless, decided to attend a trial class. After attending the first class, my son who is hard to convince to join ANY extracurricular activity said that he absolutely wanted to go back and that “it was worth the drive!” We started with the weekly hip-hop lessons, which were fabulous, but due to the 2 hr. round trip commute, inquired about private lessons to make the most use of our time. My son currently attends a one-hour lesson with one of the many INCREDIBLY TALENTED, instructors, where they create a tailored curriculum with personal goals outlined for him to work on each week. I also would like to comment on how affordable all their offerings are- their weekly classes are the lowest priced activity I have yet to find and even for the private lessons, they could easily charge double to have the opportunity to be taught by the caliber of instructors best in the world. Although we were originally drawn to Break Free for their dance offerings, we have received so much more than was ever expected… The entire Break Free instructors and staff are the most respectable, humble, and genuine people I have come across in life. Not only do they teach the love of hip-hop, but most importantly ALWAYS tie life lessons and values into every session. Several times I have been brought to tears by the amount of love and genuine interest when they speak to my son and all children, always so encouraging and motivating. At the end of every lesson, the instructors kneel at the same level as the children and talk directly to them on what they learned, how it ties into life, and how much they believe and are proud of them. For any parent, to have someone to take such a genuine interest and be such a positive role model for your child is honestly is the best gift you could ever have! My son has fell in love with break dancing, not solely for the creativity, art, and dancing which he does love! but because of the caring, inspiring, and warm family atmosphere that is Break Free!

Break Free has become like a second family to us. Everyone has been so warm, welcoming and dedicated to this community of artists. They not only teach the students at a high level of training and work ethic because they are very much at the top in the world of their craft but they are also genuinely people of integrity. I am so grateful my son gets to have these guys as examples in his life. What a gift.

My son started coming to this school back in 2013. He was a shy little boy with very little confidence. Break Free Hip Hop School treated us like family. My son is no longer that shy little boy he once was. I recommend any family with a child who needs to feel like he belongs and have a sense of purpose to to bring their child here. It isn’t just a school for dancing, it is a place to be yourself and become a better person all around.

My son started there when he was 5 years old and absolutely loved it. Jeremy, Moy and the rest of the staff are wonderful teachers that instill confidence into all of the kids. This place is the perfect home for anyone wanting to understand or continue education on hip hop. The teachers know first hand as they have experienced in all forms. They stand out being the only hip hop school in Houston! Break Free will always get my support! The youth needs them, the future needs them!
