Brent Adams & Associates

I am very much impressed by the professionalism and concern shown to me thus far from Brent Adams & Associates. I was referred to their office by my niece who loves me dearly- and now I see why she told me to stop by their office. I met with the intake specialist Kendra (on short notice) after our initial conversation and she was very understanding. I appreciate that she took her time with me. Very soon after, I spoke with my case manager Monica and she has already alleviated some of my worries about getting medical care after this car accident. It seems that all of their offices work together. As someone who has never needed an attorney in all my years of life and was reluctant to hiring one, I am happy with my first experience with Brent Adams & Associates. I do not feel overwhelmed anymore. I look forward to meeting Brent as I have read and heard so many wonderful things about him.

I am pleasantly surprised with the results from Brent Adams & Associates. The staff did a good job at working my personal injury case and keeping me informed. They did a really good job for what we were up against, because we went against the city; but they still did a nice job! I originally had only selected 4 out of the 5 stars, but honestly they did nothing wrong so I have to give them 5 stars.

Excellent and friendly staff. I did not go to trial, and I was still able to get a big lump sum of money from the lawyer going back and forth with hospitals to reduce the cost. They were very quick to respond to my emails and we had excellent communication the whole time!

Brent Adams & his team helped me get a good settlement for my personal injury when I was hurt riding as a passenger in a car accident. They are patient, kind, and I trust these associates are there to help people who need help. I appreciate how nice the staff is in the Raleigh office. Thank you all for helping me out.

Not only did they successfully close the case, they made sure my opinions and thoughts were valued as well. My case manager, Monica Williams, was very helpful and ensured that my needs were met.
