Not impressed! I fully expected to pay for an hour consultation. Ms Gengo, owner of the law practice was 15 minutes late to my appointment and constantly wandered off subject relaying stories about cases that were irrelevant. After 15 minutes I was tired of bringing her back to points I wanted legal guidance on and voiced by dissatisfaction. She waved any fee at least but obviously didn't place any value on my time...
