I was rear-ended back in December of 2016 and was unsure of what I really needed to do. Initially I wasn't sure if I should hire an attorney, but did reach out to Whitley Law Firm and got some preliminary advice from an extremely helpful Bob Whitley. He wasn't pushy or anything and I appreciated the advice. But as the bills mounted and the other party's insurance company began to appear to be less than helpful to me, I went ahead and called them back and they had no problem taking over for me. I had no worries with everything in their hands while I took care of getting better. Ultimately, they fought very hard to get as much for me as they could, working with the insurance company and my doctors, and Shea was always very helpful and quick to answer all of my questions along the way. I will recommend them to anyone who needs legal help after any accident.

Whitley Law Firm turned down my case in the matter of hours.... I felt as though they thought it would not have generated revenue for them and it wasn't worth their efforts. But God said differently, not only did the other insurance company side in my favor, they took care of everything!

Whitley Law Firm literally saved my life. I was injured at work and was at the mercy of workmans comp. When I was in a car accident in 2014 it was not my intention to seek out a lawyer. However, the insurance company kept sending me things to sign asap. Not knowing or understanding what I was reading due to a concussion, I knew I needed help. I contacted Whitley Law Firm and left things in their hands. When I met with Robert Whitley I was immediately at ease. He took the time to explain my case and answer my questions with respect and concern and I knew he would do the right thing for me. My settlement took a while due to my injuries and doctor visits, but I did not worry about anything. My case manager, Shea, answered my emails quickly and was always helpful with any questions I ever had. Communication with her was great.
