Bretz RV & Marine

We went to Bretz RVs after doing a lot of research, and discovering that these guys have some of the nicest RVs in town. We knew what we wanted to see, and when we arrived they didn’t try to show us anything outside of the budget that we gave them (much appreciated!) They drove us around their lot in a golf cart, and my kiddos loved it! We were able to keep our boys happy with popcorn, drinks and cartoons while we talked numbers. They worked hard to get the camper that we wanted within the payments we requested. There was a hiccup towards the end, but the owner Dave Bretz came through and made everything right. He is an honest guy, and we appreciate him helping us out.

We are so pleased with our purchase. We had a smaller travel trailer that we purchased from a larger dealer two years ago. It took four hours to sign paperwork and check out. Bretz had us out in less than two. Our salesman was Rick. He did not try to upsell us, only showed what we asked for with no pressure. Financing was a smooth process too. We were thoroughly informed on the operation of the trailer. Everything from start to the final transaction was smooth. Great customer service!

We were shopping for a new RV last summer. We saw some good reviews and decided to check out Brerz. It looked like a big place so thought perhaps we could find something we liked. They wouldn’t take us to look at the trailers until we sat down and chatted so they would know exactly what we wanted. If that large place they only showed us two trailers. We left and went somewhere else where the salesmen were not afraid to show us many trailers. We found one there we immediate fell in love with. We had just not been sure exactly what we wanted but knew we would know what it was when we saw it. It was larrger than we were thunking. After using it a lot, we are so happy we bought the larger one. I would never waste my time at Bretz. They don’t treat people like they like they have a brain.

If you are a well informed shopper looking for a good deal, avoid Bretz. As other reviewers have stated, our salesman was nice enough but as soon as their Sales Manager got involved things got nasty. We had three great offers from out of state dealers on the same make/model and asked if they could get reasonably close. He responded with multiple scare tactics including a thinly veiled threat to make any warranty service with them as painful as possible. If you're willing to drive east of the Rockies, 30% off MSRP is easily attainable. One phone call to another Idaho dealer yielded 21% off instantly. It is worth your time in terms of both money and dignity to shop elsewhere.
