Targhee Sports Center

My husband brought a 4 wheeler in about 2 months ago to be worked on. We were told it'd be done in 2 weeks but it was never touched. I called several times and got the run around each time. The last time I called the owner told me he was too busy too look me up in the system since "it was a Monday". Not only did he never call back but I sent my brother in law to pick up the 4 wheeler since it hadn't been touched and the owner says "oh, that's the one we never got to". He had no remorse and didn't even attempt to make it right. We haven't even got to use our 4 wheeler all summer because of this. This organization lacks customer service skills and is very unprofessional. I am very disgusted and we will never bring our business here again.

The service was slow, I was told 2 weeks initially but it took a month and a half. If I knew it was going to take that long I would have went somewhere else. I took my boat in to have a bearing replaced. The boat worked for a little while, then the noise came back the next year. I took it to another mechanic and the new mechanic told me that Targhee Sports never changed the bearing out.
