Ultra Marine Performance

Jay took time out of a very busy day in his shop to help diagnose and fix a small 8hp outboard. We were in the area on vacation and out fishing trip was saved because of Jay’s help and expertise! Highly recommend using this shop for any of your boating needs.

Went in with scheduled warranty work needing done and he was extremely upset that i would , his words, force him to do warranty work on our mercury. Very un-professional. Never have I been treated like what he said and did to me. Still cannot understand why he was mad at me for bringing mercury warranty work to authorized mercury repair facility. I will be going to corporate over this company.

Jay is an awesome guy that knows his way around fishing or playing on the water boats I take my boat to him every spring and fall I love the fact he's honest with me about what kind of attention my boat needs to make it last wouldn't recommend any one else but ultramarine it's an awesome wife and husband owned business

They did a fine job repairing our boat. It needed a lot of work after having been stored for a couple years and also having the prop dragged. It was an older boat so they had a little trouble finding parts but came through for us and the boat runs like a top. They were quite busy and communications were sometimes a challenge because we simply didn't know what was going on or why it was taking longer than expected, but once we worked that out we were very pleased with the work they did.

Thanks for the help, I have never found anyone in the valley as knowledgeable as Jay and his crew at Ultra Marine Performance.
