I went in to fill out an application and put down my security deposit for a studio apartment and literally was walking out of the office shaking within 2 minutes as she spouted rude remarks to me. Nena Burgard is sincerely the rudest person of management I have dealt with in my entire adult life. I very strongly urge everyone to seek out a different place of residence.

The negative reviews are posted by a tenant who is now gone. He was only trying to cause trouble. This apartment property is quiet and well managed.

I am the real Darin Cates and I greatly enjoy living here. Somebody is trying to sabotage me leaving fake reviews using my name.

I was a neighbor of Darin Cates who lived at Briarcliff Point That bad review is fake  The place is pretty nice place to live
