Bright Eyes Optique

The Doctor is good, attentative. However the front desk and staff is incompetant. I had to call and email three times, to request a copy of my updated prescription so that i could purchase lenses online and finally received the prescription, to find that it was my old prescription from 3 years ago. When I called back there was no apology and they said they'd pass my info on and get back to me. I waited a few hours and then called back and again, no apology and said they'd send it at the end of the day.

ANOTHER great experience, this time with Dr. Korcz. I get anxious/exhausted at Dr. appointments, and she was great. Good, warm communication, efficient, and got me to vision solutions that worked for me.

Dr. Korcz and her staff were great. The office was bright, clean and quaint, right in the heart of Uptown. Parking was easy. Dr. Korcz was very thorough and explained the changes with my vision in terms I could understand and provided me options to consider regarding glasses, contacts, etc. Theron worked with me to choose frames within my budget and with what my insurance would kick in; and we had fun with it! I highly recommend Bright Eyes Optique.

This place has always been so great over the years. From the front desk staff to the Doctor herself, everyone is efficient and friendly and makes the whole appointment a breeze. I truly appreciate the care I've received here. I recommend this place to everyone needing eye care!

Went in for a yearly exam, and I chose this place based on online recommendations. The desk staff was kind and beyond helpful!! Due to a mix up at the insurance company, it took the wonderful lady at the front desk an hour to confirm my coverage, and they still managed to fit me in for an exam on the same day I was scheduled. Dr. Michelle was thorough but worked very quickly, and took the time to re-check my contacts when they didn't quite settle in correctly the first time. I'm looking forward to my next visit!

I had a great experience at Bright Eyes. I felt very comfortable with the exam and their Covid protocols. I needed my glasses adjusted a few times and everyone that worked there was very patient with me. In the end, I love my glasses and I can see much better! Five stars!

I would definitely recommend this spot if you're looking for a new vision care provider. Jahanna and the rest of the front office staff are super friendly and professional. And Dr. Korcz was thorough but efficient and made sure to answer all my questions. I went in for a quick vision test to update my RX and was out in less than 25 minutes. Done and done!

Fixed my glasses for free within minutes! Highly recommend!
