BrightStar Care Charlotte S

We haven't been with BrightStar very long - just 3 weeks - but we are very pleased with the support and help they have given. My father who just turned 90 is now bedridden and needs 24/7 care. There are days that I need to get out to run errands and such. We use them 2 days a week. My father absolutely loves the caregiver that has been assigned to us. She is very caring and observant of my father's needs. I'm so glad that we chose BrightStar. I highly recommend them!

As a physician, I am deliberate with whom I choose to care for my family. When we had an unexpected emergency with my parent, I immediately began to plan on support for after hospital discharge. Bright Star was responsive, available, professional and held my trust that my father would get the care he needed while my family would receive the support we needed. I will keep them at the top of my list for any home health care needs we have in the future. Thank you so much Rampi!

The BrightStar Care Charlotte Agency was so helpful and knowledgeable during an extremely difficult time for our family. Rampi and her staff were very responsive and flexible; they had the answers that we needed and were more than willing to respond to our changing circumstances. Although we ended up not needing the BrightStar services as extensively as we had predicted at the current time, we plan to keep the relationship with Rampi and her staff and will seek them out again as the need arises. BrightStar truly brought us a sense of relief in a very demanding time, we would highly recommend their services.

BrightStar and Rampi in particular were incredibly helpful with ensuring that a client received care even while traveling out of state. They went above and beyond to ensure that care did not stop and that the transition was smooth until the client was back at home and under their care again. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing home health care.

We used Rampi and her team two separate times over the past 3 years. They were professional, reliable and a pleasure to have in our home while helping take care of my mother. My mother suffered from senile dementia and was very set in her ways and did not "need any help". The staff treated her with dignity and respect, and worked very well with her. Tonya was very compassionate and continued to visit with my mother even after she took up residence in a Memory Care facility and BrightStar services was no longer needed. That's what I call good customer service!
