Trinity Village

I'm only giving 3 stars because the rehab wing my father was in needed remodeling badly (chipped paint, old carpet and beds). And the meals were awful and embarrassingly lack of nutrition. The only redeeming factor was care from most of the staff. Most of the staff were great and deserve more stars. I would not use this facility again until they remodeled and served decent food.

It's a great place for rehabilitation and long-term care along with a Alzheimer's unit.
