This is a giant corporation with no personal concerns for the wishes of your loved one. Avoid! They only care about money, and will lie through their teeth to get it.
Its a lack of communication dealing with this agency.
TONS of issues with payroll. I NEVER had this issue when I worked for Brightstar in a different state. I'm still waiting to get a return call from the office manager! Whom I was told by other employees don't hold my breath because he more than likely won't. On a positive note Renee and Patty are AWESOME!!
Jobs says you didn’t show up for your shift so they don’t have to pay you. People in the office are big liers. The girls that work in the office have bad attitudes . They change the rules everyday.

They treat people unfairly because of where they come from and how they act it is unfair just because you talk different I know Tiffany and she is one of the sweetest people I know and very supportive to everyone. Therefore I would never use you guys as a home for my family.
Terrible! They don’t care for the patients’ and their families well being! The Aids they send to your home are not trained properly! The coordinator is also very rude!
