I’d give them 0 stars if I could. The recruiter may be nice, but can’t help you at all because they don’t know anything about anything. HR is so unorganized they don’t even know how to do your payroll. Then they’ll correct it when it’s convenient for them. The benefits are terrible which is similar to how they communicate with you. They don’t even communicate with each other. All around the board a complete disaster. Would never recommend this company to anyone. Good luck..
I am so glad I applied through Tailored Management! The same day I applied, I received a phone call from Khanh, regarding my resume for Nationwide Pet Insurance. She has jumped through hoops to help me guarantee a contractor position with them. She has been very informative, communicative, and reached out to me multiple times to make sure I’m doing well and am happy with where I am at. I have had nothing but a positive experience with this company and I would definitely recommend Tailored Management! Veronica Y.
Numerous and inconsistent information that was given to me as I was looking to relocate and thought by going through a recruiter would make things less stressful. I was wrong. Applied for an assembler position and initially was getting set up for an interview when all of a sudden they inform me that they are only looking to hire local. Well no kidding - told them I was relocating numerous times. Needless to say, got an interview, they gave me the wrong directions, there were 7 buildings and when I called the recruiter, they sent me to the wrong building! 4 buildings later I found where I was supposed to go. I felt that the interview went well and was waiting for feedback. Got absolutely nothing. Followed up at least 2 other times and received the same response - haven't heard from the hiring manager. Which was unusual since the person I interviewed with told me if I had any questions about the position to send a message through the recruiter and she would get back with me. It has now been 2 weeks and still no feedback. Last email I sent today stated "it is safe to assume that there won't be an offer because they have been unresponsive". Seriously? I've had friends that worked with recruiters and never had this kind of response. Maybe it's the way you conduct your business. Unprofessional. Stay away from this recruiter!!
The worth recruiting company I worked with. Sending random job description, calling 24/7 and so pushy on their unrelated jobs. I asked them 10 times to remove my name from their list, and politely ask them not to give a call anymore. But I still get 7 am calls every other day!! And the fun part is that I don’t have any idea how they got my resume and phone number so I can unsubscribe!
I agree with some of the other reviews. The recruiter I had was nice. I was submitted to multiple jobs with in the same company. I’ve reached out numerous times for an update and have heard nothing back. No email, no text, nothing. If the client felt I wasn’t the right candidate for the job a simple email or phone call letting me know that would be nice. I’m not understanding why there is such a lack of communication when it comes to this company.
This has been the best thing for me. I needed a fresh start my job was going nowhere. Lois has honestly been a huge help as my recruiter and kept up with me every step of the way. I have been referred all my friends here that need a new job.
Tailored management’s been fundamental to the start of my corporate life as a recent college graduate. Particularly, Austin was awesome to say the least. He was always friendly, patient, and looked for one opportunity after another for me until I finally found my current job. In under 4 months of hard work and support from Austin, I was able to convert and earn a position with the company. I am beyond grateful to have come accross Tailored Management AND Austin Sussel’s support. In sum: if you’re looking to expand your skillset and start or continue your corporate life, Tailored Management is the perfect agency to help you out. THANK YOU Austin!
it's crazy they'll put you on a customer service job and there customer service is horrible including the client your working for. i have never had a job this bad . on top of the fact they'll keep your check and not pay you for hours work. I'm definitely reporting this business since I can't get a response the right way we can take it the legal way
I really wish I could leave no stars I had the worse possible experience and I feel this company is a scam I am now speaking with a lawyer because after getting a job offer for Cigna I was given a start date 0f 09/26/22 they then sent me a email saying Cigna pulled my offer and shortly after the Cigna recruiter called me and said that was untrue so once that was clear I was sent onboarding package which I gave all my information social bank information ID card everything then the start date gets pushed back to 10/03 tailored management did this in the process of making sure I completed all the paper work first but I kept making errors so then I was to the class was moved again to 10/10 I was sent equipment and all took the drug test just for them to call me yesterday and say the class was full and there was miscommunication between them and Cigna DO NOT I REPEAT DONT APPLY WITH THEM THEY ARE A SCAM AND IF NOT A SCAM THEY ARE SO UNORGANIZED AND UNPROFESSIONAL I have been waiting to start a job 3 weeks just for them to tell me they dropped the ball and are sorry!!! But they waited until they had all my personal information before disclosing that there was no room in the class left!
Applied for a position with this company and received correspondence from Evan Cain. Initially he was very communicative, then just ghosted me. I submitted my necessary documents and continued to receive automatic emails from his email, but have not received any additional information. I have reached out via phone and email and have yet to receive a response. This is very unprofessional and definitely not a company I’d like to be involved with.
