Daysha came to watch my 2 year old daughter at our house and she was fantastic. She will definitely be invited back and we look forward to having her. She read books and reviewed colors with her, and my daughter loved her. She exceeded our expectations!

I used BrightStar recently for home IVs. Emily was the nurse they sent. She was very professional and genuinely cared, I would absolutely recommend them and request Emily again.

I recently moved to Atlanta from Texas and have no family or friends here and I needed to have shoulder surgery. I found Bright Star and enlisted their services for the day of my surgery. It was the best decision I could have made.
Kaye handled getting everything set up for me and she is amazing. I had so many things to worry about going into the surgery, but having someone there to bring me home and stay with me was not one of them thanks to Kaye.
Felicia W took care of me and she was great too. My surgery required me to be at the hospital at 5:30am and she was at my apartment to pick me up at 4:30am. She was also very friendly and made it possible for me to relax.
I am expecting to have another surgery in a few months and I will be calling Bright Star again.
I would recommend Bright Star to anyone in need of a caregiver.

I had a wonderful phone interaction with Kaye. She was extremely helpful and listened to my requests concerning locating a personal care agency to help with my mother.
Give this agency call and talk to Kaye

I work night shift, so I decided that in my spare time tonight I would look for a home care company to help assist me with my mom. I found this site that said that there is a team of professionals available 24hrs standing by to answer any questions that someone might have. Call anytime is located right next to the number. I was excited because nobody is open at this time of morning. When I placed the call the person on the other end answer "Hello"? So I was immediately confused about the number I had dialed. I asked her was this Brightstar Care and she responded yes. I then asked if it were possible for me to schedule a consult for my mother and she told me that she did not want to wake everyone up for a consult, that it was 02:00 in the morning and that she would give me a call later in the morning. She didn't ask me for my name or my number and then when I asked her did she need it, she asked if the number that showed up good for her to call back. Very unprofessional and I feel that if you aren't going to be up to take the calls according to the website, then the advertisement needs to be changed. She tried to make me feel wrong for calling this time of morning and that to me was very unprofessional of her to repeat the time, because I obviously knew what time it was.
