Nanny Quest

Nanny Quest is fantastic! In my experience with the company, you can tell that they pride themselves on professionalism and meeting every need of both their clients and candidates. I was extremely satisfied with my two placements, would highly recommend this firm.

Sorry but I would not recommend this agency. As a family of 5, we were looking for a great long term nanny, which we found, but working with the owner of the agency was unsettling. We stressed we wanted a long term nanny, we were willing to compensate well, with paid vacations, sick days, health insurance, and yearly bonuses. However, she continued to encourage us to simply pay a higher rate and not provide health insurance, paid vacations, sick days etc. Isn't that what "employers" do? Seems she wanted us to treat the nanny more like a "contractor" (a salary but no benefits), even though we were withdrawing taxes from our nanny's weekly paycheck. I'm not sure how her nannies are able to stay in positions long term with the set up she recommends. I ended up drafting up a new contract with my nanny. providing her with paid vacations, sick days, bonuses and the like and she has been with us for 3+ years. (which we found from another agency). I just don't think this agency has the nannies best interest, which in turn, affects the families. A true character flaw for a business professional. There are a lot of other agencies out there that have both the family and the nannies best interest at heart.
