I prepaid for a nanny tht we thought would go permanent but she didn’t work out. Now I can’t get a call back to try and replace her. First off, the lady just didn’t show up or call after a couple months. And then, the agency wouldn’t return ANY phone calls about finding someone else. Do not waste ur money because once u have the customer service goes out the window. And it’s not just this location either. I’ve called the main number as well. And nothing.
