I love the Brixton Apartments! I love the brand new modern look and they do not disappoint. The leasing team is wonderful to work with and answer all of my questions professionally and in a timely manor. The location is perfect, you really are getting what you pay for!

Well just curious did anyone notice that you could shoot guns on the sidewalk and those living there not be alarmed hurt or bothered just saying

I am absolutely in love with my new apartment at the Brixton! Not only is my apartment gorgeous and the building is amazing, but the entire Brixton team was so incredibly helpful through touring, move in, and my first few weeks living here. PG in he leasing office was ultra responsive and has been a huge help in my new home.

Nice, almost brand new apartments. They are right on 700 E and just off I-80. There is a bit of road noise here. They do have underground parking and secured entrance.

Have had a great experience here! Super clean and new apartment in a really great part of Sugarhouse with great staff. Really love the gym area! It literally has everything I need, so thinking about canceling my actual gym membership.
