Broadway Butcher Shop

Made a drive from KCK to this butcher. Friendly. Helpful. And made sure we knew how to properly grill the 14-day aged pork chops and smoked beet brats (yum) we purchased. We really appreciated their attention to our purchases. My wife said she will definitely make the trip again.

Always friendly and helpful and low pricing continues to surprise me given the high quality of meats, cheeses, and condiments. My only complaint is being accustomed to zombie butchers it takes me a moment each time I visit to remember that these are enthusiastic and knowledgeable food guys. Definitely worth a weekly trip.

I can't say enough great things about this shop, and feel like five stars is an understatement. Always a great selection of meats, sausages, seafood, and deli/cheeses. What sets the place apart is the employees. They're always looking to help, and will happily jot down a recipe for you if you're trying something new. I've been a customer for years, and will continue to be for looking into the future.

Their meat selections are wonderful and some selections, I had never seen..like beet bratwurst. Wow.. who would figure! Exceptional cuts of meat and fresh. The Amish whole chicken was so tasty and juicy. They are knowledgeable, offered cooking tips to me and people friendly! I had gone in only to get gift certificates and came out a regular customer.
