Norman is the best! He makes the best meat!

I would rate him 5 stars but I had a little bone in my hamburger part of the whole beef we had him process last Dec 2016. The Poorman's TBone seasoned burger was EXCELLENT and we will do that again this fall when we take our next beef there!
