Brookdale Charleston Gardens

I have a family member here and I do not recommend this facility - terrible care for a high price. Some of the staff is friendly but management is rude and unapproachable , nor do they seem to care for their residents. You will generally find them in their cars smoking. I have witnessed unacceptable care here.

Unhappy with the care at this facility. Residents are not monitored properly, medications are not given as prescribed, and generally the staff is lazy and spend most of their time sneaking outside to smoke. Although the facility is nice, the care is not up to par. I would not recommend this facility.
