Brookdale of Clinton, MS is the best place for my father. The location is in a quiet, small college town and is convenient to the amenities needed for shopping, doctor visits and recreation. The community is in a spacious building that is very nice and clean and modern. The staff has worked with me in all aspects of his care and they are eager to find solutions to the many faceted needs of a Stroke survivor. I have watched my Dad regain some movement, dignity and happiness here. We are pleased with Brookdale of Clinton and grateful for their attention, care and kindness they continually show to my father and us, his family.

Brookdale Clinton is a GREAT place for senior adults! The staff works extremely hard to meet the needs of the residents. I'm glad my father-in-law lives there. He loves it!!!

The community of Brookdale Clinton Ms, has went down horribly. One thing I have noticed is they let all kind of people in there. Its suppose to be an assisted living its  more like a nursing home, my family visit often because of Brookdale bad service. I have been taking photos and recorded conservation. They are worried about the bonus they get at the end of the year other than the resident. Vikkie Daniel is the activities director when the residents play bingo or play any kind of games she give toilet tissue from the community closet, dollar store bags,  dollar store napkins and she don't never be in uniform I guess if her son don't address it doesn't apply to her tight leggings to much makeup another thing she doesn't let certain residents go shopping if they can't come by themevles she don't give two cent about them. If she supposed to be the activities director why she don't never do activities with memory care people? She don't even send them snacks. I have talk to some resident family members,Mrs. Carpenter bless her soul she just passed she found two of the RA's on night sleeping in her mother bed. Another thing Mrs. Vance son found his mother on the floor twice on night shift Angela had his mother that night didn't no one answer the page not even a nurse. Of course its the second time she has broken her arm. The same lady Mrs. Vance her son brought her back to the community, she needed a pain pill because she was hurting did you know they let her medicine run out and didn't notify the doctor or son knowing this lady had a broken arm. After that her son was looking for someone in charge and everybody was  gone Bryan, Reese Daniel, Vikki Daniels,  and Robbie all out at the same time Monday thru Friday I don't know how Brookdale Clinton is operated.You know what the nurses that I know for sure smoke pot be right on the property of Brookdale Janeque, Danielle and Brett Grims I know for sure. These are the people who giving medicine or not giving it to residents because the medicine come up short. The state have came up there twice because of this matter,There is snakes all over Brookdale mother and son trying to run the business but never at work I guess they come in whenever they want. I wish I can post pictures on here about the pest control rats and water bugs everywhere. I am glad about one thing Reese Daniel did is made Janeque step down to be a floor nurse. All the reviews on here is very true, we are getting our evidence together we been calling Brookdale hotline about food and customer service. The only time the residents have good food is on family night residents pay thousands of dollars a month and eat like a two star restaurant. Kevin that work in sales and Reese eats lunch everyday and want to be serve like kings when my mother-in-law have to ask for more food!!! Please brookdale look into this and ask the residents like England, Hillhouses, Graves, Radar, Parkman, Clark, and McMillans. Something has to be done Brookdale Clinton is a mess if not careful you all will have some major lawsuits I pray for the elderly because this is horrible.

This Facility has gone down drastically in the last year or so. The management is under qualified. The Executive Director, Reese, caters to the feelings and decisions of his mother, who is the activity director. I was sure in the handbook it states that family members shouldn't work underneath eachother because there is doubt who is actually making the decisions.There was an incident where when family night, it was said that the daughters of Reese called the Resident Assistants "some ni--ers." Complaints were filed and nothing was done about this, not even an acknowledgment of what had happened. The quality of care is very discerning They bring in so many new residents who are total care and need more assistance than an assisted living facility can provide, which leads to breakdowns and expedited decline in condition. Some of the other residents have stated that it's very discerning to have to come to place like this and when they notice all of the new residents coming that are total care, it makes them want to move out for the feeling of being in a "nursing home. Kevin, the sales rep, is a friend of Reese and his family. The newer residents say all they do is lie to get them to move in and afterwards charges that they knew nothing of prior appear on the bills. Vicki who is the activity director and also the mother of Reese the Executive Director, talks to not only the employees but the residents with such a distasteful tone. She doesn't make time to go down to the memory care unit to do activities with them and doesn't even know many of their names. There have been many instances where she has gotten attitudes with the residents, and attributed it to "Her having a bad day." Brookdale Clinton is on a steady decline and needs a major revamp in management. Stop by sometime and talk to one of the residents.

Lol Some RA's can't handle disciplinary actions so they go on Google with fake names to write false statements about their supervisors.
