Every time I have dealt with PERS they have been nothing but nice and informative. I’ve been in the PERS system for 26 years and never have had a reason to complain.

Rude, uninformed and cold employees. Always gives out wrong info. Said I'd receive check in 4 to 6 weeks, 2 months no check. Always sound annoyed when they answer the phone.

I retired 7 years ago and it was an easy process. My wife is trying to retire at the end of the school year by everyone at PERS seems to be incompetent. No one can tell her exactly how many years she has in. Complete and utter chaos.
