Solid food but poor use of space. Not sure what’s going on here but service is slow and they’re only using 1/4 of the building. No roof. Great breakfast burrito though
Was looking for a seasonal coffee pick me up during my break and stumbled on this spot. Cool vibes, kind staff, got the tiramisu latte and my goodness I’m still thinking about how delightful it was!! Can’t wait to come back for a food pairing
top tier cold brew. you won’t regret ordering their custard toast. breakfast burrito is also notable. great neighborhood atmosphere.Recommended dishesBurrito, Drip
Really happy to have BBF in the neighborhood. Great to grab a rice ball on the way home or treat myself to their savory + sweet breakfast options. The bento boxes are solid too. This place introduced me and my partner to Hojicha which we're loving. They have a fancy cold brewer, a cup of which can be pricey, but I've heard the difference between this and more traditional methods are huge. Will try sometime. During winter there's limited seating indoors, but there's always seating outside. Sometimes it's busy enough where a line is going out the door.
Cute place good for a coffee or treat. Japanese influences/themed. Breakfast burrito was nice and unexpected - had a nice miso sauce on it.
Their hand drip coffee was very smooth, and Charsiu don I had was amazing. Seasoning on the rice was just right and salad with yuzu dressing? Just balances the saltiness of pork belly. Sukiyaki onigiri was amazing as well.
rice balls and amazing cute little hole in the wall spot. good music and staff was polite and very cool! love it here and i will be coming back.
I love this place! I come all the time for a quick pick me up of onigiri rice balls. I've tried the chashu and the salmon and they are both fantastic. The hoji latte is also really good, a little on the sweet side, but I'm sure it could be adjusted. Their bentos are delicious as well. The cafe is not the most comfortable to sit in, but it's good enough. It's also nice that they stay open late and you can have your laptop and do work. When it's warmer in the spring or summer I'd love to come back and enjoy their patio area!
Amazingly beautiful and quiet place for a coffee and breakfast. We had the onigiri set and matcha latte. All really good and yummy. Check out their rooftop!
Cute place, but I came here thinking the roof was open access. It wasn’t. Seems to have changed based on the past reviews. : Other than that, their Matcha Mocha is delicious!
